Understand account checks and service conditions.
Why might a payment be delayed or declined?
Supported by in-house compliance controls designed to assess payment activity efficiently and respond to applicable AML, sanctions and fraud risks. A payment may be delayed, restricted, rejected or returned for reasons including legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or compliance checks, account limits, incomplete information, payment-rail restrictions or third-party processing. Payments are screened against sanctions and financial-crime controls, and transactions are monitored. These controls reduce risk; they do not remove it.
How long does an application take?
Most applications complete in under a week once we have your documents. Complex structures can take longer.
Is my money protected by the FSCS?
No. A DigiDoe account is not a bank account and is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Instead, relevant funds are safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and held separately from DigiDoe’s own funds.
