Give each user the access their role requires.
Invite colleagues, finance staff, accountants or advisers and give each staff access only to the DigiDoe accounts and actions relevant to their responsibilities. Assign a predefined role or create a custom role, then apply it to a specific account or to every account within your corporate group.
Predefined and custom roles · Account or group-level access · Configurable permissions · Audit trail for access changes
Create roles that reflect real responsibilities.
Use a predefined role or create a custom role around the way your organisation works.
Predefined roles
Start with roles such as Accountant, Auditor or Director.
Custom roles
Create a role for a particular responsibility and select the permissions it includes.
Account-specific access
Apply the role only to the account the user needs to work with.
Group-level access
Apply the role to all DigiDoe accounts held within your corporate group.
Control what each role can see and do.
Account access and information
Choose which accounts a user can access and whether they can view balances, transactions and account information.
Payments and beneficiaries
Control whether a role can view payment history, create payment drafts, approve or execute payments, and manage beneficiaries.
FX
Control whether a role can view or execute eligible currency conversions.
User administration
Reserve invitations, user management and role management for authorised administrators of your business accounts.
Invite users through a controlled onboarding process.
01
Invite the user
An administrator enters the user’s name, email address and mobile number.
02
Verify the user
The invited user creates secure login credentials, sets up multi-factor authentication and completes the required identity verification.
03
DigiDoe review
DigiDoe completes the required compliance review before account access is activated.
04
Assign access
After approval, the user starts with read-only access until an administrator assigns the appropriate role and permissions.
Keep access aligned as responsibilities change.
Review each user’s status, assigned role and account access from the DigiDoe web portal or mobile app. Revoke access, change a role, deactivate or reactivate access to a specific account, or remove a user from that account.
Multiple accounts
A user can belong to more than one account and can have a different role and status for each. Deactivating access to one account does not automatically remove active access to another account.
Audit trail
DigiDoe records invitations and changes to roles, permissions and account access, including who made the change and when.
Permissions and payment approvals are different controls.
A user must have permission to perform an action, and the payment must still follow the approval workflow configured for the account.
User roles and permissions
Determine which accounts and functions a user may access.
Payment approval workflows
Determine how a payment must be authorised, including the approval levels and value thresholds that apply.
